What to expect

You will be guided to gently release physical pain and negative emotions such as stress, worries, fears and anxiety and replace these with peace, clarity and well-being.

 

The audio works in the same way as guided meditation, although it is instilled with a multitude of healing frequencies and therefore far more effective than meditation alone.  

 

You can expect to feel very calm, more loving, improved clarity of mind and will have a new level of focus, new perspectives with more creativity and better sleep. The healing can improve both physical and emotional concerns and impact your whole life in many positive ways. With continued and regular use, the improvements to your life will compound in wonderful ways.
